Free class & childcare offered for birth center clients, convenient time, loved the teacher and class style
Very clean, cozy space where I felt like I could just let my mind rest. My 2 kiddos were well taken care of in the childcare area, and I was so grateful to the ladies who managed my 8 month old who had separation anxiety from me. I look forward to the next class that I can attend!
