Cindy is so nice and I really enjoy the class and the other ladies.
Because the classes are great the instructors are awesome. Studio is very nice and clean. Lots of variety and I spent a few weeks there in December didn't show up for five months walk through the door and people knew my name and face. Teachers and students alike. They were excited to see me again. You can't bottle that.
Very inviting yoga studio. Every Sunday is a different instructor. Keeps it challenging.
