I love taking Michelle’s classes, she picks great music, keeps her voice steady and calm, and keeps the lighting to a minimum. She creates an incredibly relaxing space.
Nicole did a great job of leading us through a slow warm up on a cold morning, systematically moving parts of the body through a natural range of motion, then gave careful instructions and cues through a series of yoga poses. It was an excellent class!
