I truly love the yoga instructors as well as those working in the juice bar! It has been a wonderful place of refuge from the day to day and I have been able to continue to learn about so many benefits from the practice of yoga. It has certainly not been what I had been led to believe yoga was. It has benefited my personal life in so many ways. The individual uniqueness of the instructors has been such an added bonus to the whole experience. Thank you Midland Yoga!
