The Friday Fun Day restorative at 11:45 was a great way to release and relax at the end of the week. Susan provided clear instruction on using props to get into the poses.
Loved the Sound Bath class and the instructor... I will say that the chatty & laughing noise from an adjoining room was Very Distracting when she leading such a lovely QUIET class‼️🤔
