I've enjoyed the class every time. Not a perfect 10 because it gets so crowded! People love it.
Been going since January and I've been consistent ever since. The class itself is fun and challenging and the instructors are encouraging with positive energy and good vibes.
Loved the calmness and the instructor was welcoming, kind and her knowledge of technique was evident!
