Good teachers. Always encouraging you to do the best for where your body 's ability may be on any given day. Especially like the cold, wet mint scented facecloth given on the final savasana is like a little bit of heaven !

Bikram Yoga Seacoast is a true community of yogis - everyone is welcoming and friendly from teachers to students. The teachers are amazing and give great corrections in a respectful way that motivates you to do your best and honor what your body is capable of on that day. It's also such a beautiful and clean studio.
