Studio Details
Our studio is located in the Crossroads Plaza, near the U-Haul Center. We are only a couple minutes from the I-95 Salisbury exits #58. The studio is open daily 10 mins before class and on Saturdays 15 mins before class. Please sign up online using MindBody website or app before you come to class to help us expedite the check-in process.
We have plenty of free parking, large heated yoga room with an advanced heating and humidity system. The air is filtered out of the room every 18 minutes and it is sterilized with a blue light. As such, it ensures fresh, sterile environment for your practice and relaxation. The flooring consists of 1.5 inch anti-bacterial Tatmi mat for a greater comfort, especially for students with joint issues. The studio also has additional unheated space for other fitness activities and workshops.
Amenities include spacious, fully equipped locker rooms with multiple changing rooms, showers and restrooms as well as puriefied chilled and hot water system to fill up your bottles. Towels and mats are available for rental and we offer electrolytes for sale. Further, infrared sauna is accessible to members and non-members.
