Everyone is always very welcoming and greet you with a genuine smile. I enjoy and have learned so much in my practice from the instructors at Meta. They offer many ways to grow in class by cueing modifications to challenging poses and encourage their students when they see them progressing in poses that were once challenging.
Because off all the yoga teachers and classes I've practiced with, none have been as welcoming and talented as the Meta teachers. I'd love nothing more than for all my friends and family to join me!
