Meta is a welcoming community . The owners/ instructors individually welcome their clients. Multiple practices are offered, including Vinyasa, Bikram and Ashtanga. Whether it is your 1st class or your 1000th your needs will be met. The studio is light and airy that encourages quiet time before and after class
