It was difficult to hear the instructor over the music and difficult to see him at times. I had to look around me at the others to figure out what to do. But the class was challenging and I enjoyed it.

I am not sure which visit you are talking about but Wednesday 6:00pm. Sculpt James Excellent instructor. Love his music. Love that he always gives modifications to increase the level of difficulty or to make it less difficult if needed. Plus he is always encouraging with a great sense of humor I switched to Melt because of James 4/11 7:30 Stephanie. I love Stephanie' s class because I am new to actual Yoga , had previously only taken Sculpt classes. I have learned so much from Steph about Body position, breathing, keeping my focus ! I try to always take her class when it fits into my schedule!
