Unfortunately I was only able to get to one Melt Yoga Class during my month trial [sick daughter then the fires in the RSM area] - but I really enjoyed the 1.5 Melt class I tried w/Katie! She was an excellent teacher; the timing and flow of the class was great. I have 2 friends that go and they love it! I was hoping to try at least one of the Melt Breath & Stretch classes but had to miss the ones I signed up for this week [fires impacted my ability to get there]. Thanks!
