Archana is an amazing instructor. Her knowledge of Sanskrit, her gentle voice, and her challenging and fun transitions are incredible. Melt is my original studio, I started working there when it first opened and got my yoga certification there back in 2013. I love that studio and have encouraged many people to try it.
