  • I've done yoga somewhat casually for the last couple years and had heard about Bikram Yoga but never tried it. After 12 years of CrossFit, my 57-year-old body is banged up and heavy weightlifting is no longer part of the equation. Doing yoga proved to be helpful in my mobility and helped with my weightlifting, but I never made a full commitment to it until I join your studio. In just a few weeks, I've lost several pounds, noticed a huge change in my flexibility, and just feel better overall. While I have my favorites, I like all the instructors and find them to be very professional and clearly experts at what they do. The staff is all very friendly and there's a good vibe overall in the studio with the other yogis. I'm completely addicted and it's a lifelong commitment for me! So glad to be a part of it!
