• Cassandra was attentive to areas I needed her to focus on. She was so helpful to remind me to breathe and relax and to call the table "my table" I was always able to get someone on the phone with questions about my g9dt certificate and getting information on the many options I could choose from.

• Mellow Massage and Yoga was easy to locate. Shauna was great! She helped me to schedule/confirm first on the phone and then at the appointment. Shauna gave a warm welcome and assisted me through check-in. Massoni kindly offered a tour of the amenities of the facility, while explaining the benefits of infrared lights and even sent me with literature that she had ready to go- I love that!Massini also kept everything clean (e.g., towels, sauna room, etc) and offered water. She made sure that I was having a comfortable experience!!! Tasha is a wonderful masseuse.
