• Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from well before the date of the massage to after. We were greeted at the front door by a lovely woman who held the front door open, handed us masks and gave me a dashboard parking slip when I told her I was worried about where I parked. Our dry salt infrared sauna was perfect! We were provided with water, terry wraps, towels and slippers, along with clear instructions about what to do afterward. We were given lightweight totes to hold our clothing. Our masseurs met us at the sauna to lead us to our massage rooms. My massage was just right! My masseur made sure of that by asking me the right questions beforehand. Adam is a very skilled masseur and an intelligent and thoughtful conversationalist. (We were quiet most of the hour). Shawna, the office manager, took exquisite care of us from start to finish. I was altogether impressed by my experience at Mellow Massage. Thank you so much!
