• I had a great experience here. I walked in with a friendly greeting and the staff was very nice and helpful. The massage was relaxing and my masseuse even gave me some pointers on certain stretches to target for my problem areas. Overall, I had a great time at Mellow and would definitely come back to try ou t other massages they offer.

• I am 63 years old and always wanted to have a full body massage. My boss, treated me to a session at Mellow Massage and Yoga. My session at Mellow Massage and yoga was wonderful. My therapist, Adam did a fantastic job massaging my painful body . I suffer with RA (rheumatoid arthritis) and the massage did wonders for my pain. The day after my therapy it rain all day and I did not suffer the pain that I usually have on a rainy day. I believe the therapy helped out a lot and I would recommend Mellow Massage to anyone.
