• I had the most amazing massage with Angelica yesterday. I told her that my upper back was a mess but she handled all those knots like a pro!! I was a total puddle of mush when it was over and had to force myself to get or I would have fallen asleep on the table.. Again! After the massage, Angelica told me the main cause of my back issues. Body mechanics!!! This was the first time I had ever heard this. I fixed my desk chair first thing this morning. Another visit with Angelica and a membership is definitely in my near future.
