• Nurse was very informative and answered all questions answered and more. Explained the process throughly and ensured everything was going well even with the incident with car crashing through the wall where we had actually sat at. I was internally scared but she was very calm during the situation. Not knowing what was going on she put our safety first during a situation. I appreciated that after I have been through take over robberies.. I truly appreciate how well she handled it and hope she will be recognized for that. I'm excited for the next couple procedures
