I am 59 yrs old, a proud Grandma and I went and had fillers & Botox and had no issues at all and the very annoying sun spot on my cheek I had for years prior and I tell you all I wish I hadn't waited so long to go to MedSpa LA-Lol Because as you can see in my original 2 pics compared to now it is still gone I hated that spot!! and the whole company clean sanitary and staff were very professional & personable from the moment I walked in for my appointmentLily was very attentive to my needs for my aged face and personally the staff went beyond what they even had too to make me comfortable & happy. I remember how they made sure I was completely satisfied before I left and financially made it possible for me to even get the work done I needed at the time.They made me feel fabulousThank you Sarah I haven't forgot about you and all you did for me! So to the 0-1 star reviews, I would assume your reviews were personal...not business Because if you could afford to go see a "plastic surgeon" in the OC" Then Why didn't you go there in the first place Have a blessed & beautiful weekend MedSpa LA

Treatment is very relaxing that I almost fall asleep every time. Plus, the office is super clean! Highly recommend!!

This was my first time at Medspa Delux LA in West Covina. They front desk greeted me so warmly. I was then helped by Odette for hair removal. She was professional, informative, kind and friendly.
It didn't hurt at all.
I highly recommend them.

I love going to med spa deluxe! I come here for all my treatments, Botox, laser hair removal, and facials. They are very welcoming when you first walk in. It feels like family. I will continue to come here and continue to refer to friends and family! SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO KARLA & ODETTE. My favorite people!

My experience with Odette was amazing! This is my first laser experience and she made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves. She was very transparent about the pain, how long treatment would take, and the pricing. My treatment was virtually painless and she talked me through the whole time. I really enjoyed my experience here and can't wait for my next appointment. Building is cute and clean and the receptionist is very friendly.
