• 10/10 for Relax yoga and flow yoga!! 🧘🏼‍♀️ 👏🏼 and thank you to the helpful and friendly front desk team! 🤩 The whole reason I have been a member at the gym for so many years! I even changed my work schedule to participate and I attend these classes consistently twice weekly as many others have as well! It is such an amazing class for many varied ages and abilities in our community❣️ Jen is an inspirationally amazing instructor as well as Rocky and many of the subs we have had are excellent. I truly look forward to these classes every week as I know many members do. 💞💓Mahalo Nui Loa MPH! 🤙🏼
