• Jen Lauer is an amazing instructor! I attend her cycle, power pump (sculpt) and yoga classes every week. Her instructions are easy to follow, her music is always on point & she's so motivating & encouraging. I'm hoping another power pump class can be added to the schedule along with 8 a.m. Monday Cycle being reinstated with Jen.
