• I always recommend PHGM!! I love the chill environment at the gym. The staff are helpful and personable - Chris and Diane, et al. Jen is awesome - I want to be like her when I grow up (but I will never grow up!). Logan is super duper cool and always helps me out with a great attitude when I have a challenge. AND of course, the classes are FAB; the gym is clean and with enough equipment that one never feels as though it is too crowded. I wouldnt be the same person - on multiple levels - if it wasnt for PHGM.
