• Peach Pump with Genevieve: wow—my glutes are still feeling it! Genevieve brought the energy, kept us motivated, and really knew how to structure a workout that targeted all the right spots. The mix of strength and burnout sets was intense (in the best way), and her cues were super clear and encouraging.
