• Participated in P 45 with Diane. This is a GREAT class and Diane is a fabulous instructor. I personally enjoy this version of P45: Each station has an exercise that is do-able - yet you are able to push beyond the limit if you can; good music and great energy.

• DoD is an amazing way to habituate dogs to different people and environments and hopefully give them a fun adventure and exposure to potential adopters. My only suggestion is to be able to call and talk to someone- not leave a msg - if you have questions. In our specific case with Mawgli it might have given him a better outing. We could've asked about how he handles stairs (because of his difficulty getting in our Chevy Malibu). Getting to the beach requires 2 sets of stairs, about 10 steps each. We also could have discussed whether his heavy breathing and panting is normal for him and whether he should stay indoors. (This was during tne hottest part of the day.) We erred on the side of caution and relaxed inside in the air conditioning. It wasn't an unpleasant outing for Mawgli; but it would've been nice for him to have a more fun or interesting day.
