• Jen Lauer is a rock star! Today I took her spin, power pump & restorative yoga class back to back! She doesn't miss a beat, she is seamless in her transition from one class to another. Her instructions are so easy to follow! Her kindness, encouragement & support goes a long way! She wants all of us to succeed in her classes, to get a good work out, to have great form, not to get hurt but most of all she wants us to have fun & come back. The class ohana is incredible, everyone is so nice, helpful, friendly & welcoming. The front desk staff greets me by name & with a smile. Last week I wanted to pay for a friend to join a class & buy some gear, Chris was super helpful & took care of everything super fast & easy. Great gym, I love it!
