• Variety of workout classes offered and multiple workouts times offered throughout the day and week. Instructors are awesome. Gym is clean and smells clean.

• I love the instructors! Hey Jen L and Jen M and Aimee H!!! I come to this gym because I leave classes not only feeling great and pumped for my day but I am able to mentally handle more challenges in my day to day interactions.
