• I really enjoy spinning, my only complaint was the system I had to use to get a spot. My wife asked if she could join me and I said I don't want to go through that again. Easier to walk in with $$.

• Jen Lauer is over the top! She's such a great & supportive instructor. Her instruction, knowledge, music & work outs are always helpful, thoughtful & impressive. You can tell she is constantly trying to challenge us so we do not get too comfortable with the work outs. She is nice to everyone, she makes time for everyone & her patience is incredible! Jen Lauer is one of the main reasons I come to MPHG and select the classes that I select! Happy New Year!
