• Good variety of group classes. Variety of class schedule throughout the day. Gym is open in the evenings. Complete workout equipment. Gym is clean. Staff is friendly. Location is close to home.

• The gym is clean, has great equipment, super classes and instructors, the staff are all helpful and friendly. There’s something for everyone at this gym. I would have no hesitation at all recommending it to friends and visitors (actually I do recommend it, constantly).
