• Issues with therapist s not showing up however, even though the business cannot control individual contractors, they have been willing to comp sessions to make up for the therapist flaking out.

• Front desk staff provided excellent warm customer service to me over the phone as well as in person when I met her in person. Inside the location is very comforting and inviting ☺️ especially the music playing that fitted this fall season was such a vibe. Last but not least, I truly enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Lex. I felt seen and heard when discussing my body pains and aches. I appreciated him for checking in on how the pressure was throughout my session & provided a number scale for me to let him know my tolerance levels which was cool. I felt very refreshed and renewed afterwards. I'm definitely returning back 🙂.
