• Staff was helpful and Rachel was wonderful, a true healer! Some massage time was taken due to paperwork since it was my first time . I received a suggestion to come 10minutes early 13minutes before my appointment (and live 25minutes away). I understand the need to stay on time but wish I could have the 10min credit or a discount towards a future massge since my time was shortened throughout no fault if my own. Truly every minute was helpful to my poor spine! Also I wish there were reusable water cups since there are 3 front desk people there's capacity for someone to manage cups and we can avoud plastic waste. But professional, efficient, kind and thoughtful staff. thanks

• It was a great experience and Nathalie is an excellent massage therapist. The only issue was finding the location and not being told which suite number (it was confusing for me and my GPS didn't take me to the exact location). I then went upstairs and found the other Massage Revolution office but it was closed. It was a stressful experience right before the massage.
