I had a newer hairdresser who felt they was giving me what I wanted and turned out way darker then I normally go . I was given the offer by a different hairdresser to do it until I was happy . I rejected the offer and return home. Many loved the new look on me , but I felt it was much darker . I called and went ahead and scheduled the offer for the other hairdresser . She talked and showed me sample colors and afterwards I was feeling much better about the color. Marks has amazing staff who don't allow you to feel like you can't speak out if your not getting what was expected . I only paid for day one not day two . So it's not possible you'll find a business that can say e drying will get what's wanted by first hairdresser , but it's a fantastic company who will offer you a chance to be better understood if your willing to try another hairdresser . Again the first wasn't bad most who seen me think I looked better with this new darker color , but I didn't want it so dark . I say they are worth the 40 minute drive .
