Sarah is lovely and really listens to me in regard to ideas about my hair. She's very friendly and considerate. It's also very important for me to feel safe in regard to COVID. Your policies and procedures make for a stress free appointment. The ladies at reception are also very friendly and helpful.

The salon is clean & everyone wears masks. They take your temperature when you enter but ask prior to doing it- good manners! Everyone is nice & smiles, even if they are not the 1 providing your service.
