My first visit to Mantra was great! Took the yin class with Marlena and she is an awesome teacher. Studio is really nice. Highly recommend Mantra!

I love MANTRA! I had some brief experience with Yoga, and was seeking a place where I could actually learn. I signed up for the Beginners workshop with Adam at the beginning of the year and it was great! I’ve been coming on and off, and finally just purchased a membership to really make this a regular practice. MANTRA is somewhere that has always been warm and welcoming and never made me feel uncomfortable for not being a seasoned yogi.

I really enjoyed your class Marlena. You have wonderful queues that remind us all to check in with our alignment to avoid injury and get the most out of the postures. And I love the strong flow that not only builds strength but flexibility. I'm also looking forward to trying other classes with fewer chatarungas as I have some limitations in my left wrist. Being new to the area I had visited several other yoga studios before I learned about Mantra Yoga Studios. The beautiful space and friendly instructors were so welcoming when I walked in that it became my new place of practice. I love the wide variety of classes and workshops offered here. This studio has great light and is always impeccably clean.

My husband and I attended Emily's restorative work shop with cello sound healing, it was amazing! I came into the workshop after a stress filled work week and left the studio feeling restful and restored! I will definitely be coming back to the studio!
