Mantra is a beautiful studio. I have taken many different classes there and enjoyed each one. The instructors are friendly, encouraging and very knowledgeable.I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked through the door.

I have been to a few studios in the area and Mantra is my favorite. The staff is very friendly and remembers everyone's name. The studio is very clean and comfortable, and the temperature is perfect.

Adam is a powerful teacher. He leads a safe class with his knowledge of anatomy and physiology. He also makes class and I like his choice of music. Sorry to hear that he will not be at Mantra after February 1st. Mary
