• It was my son's 2nd haircut, first time with you guys. He was definitely having a hard time getting through it, something that we didn't experience the first time, so I didn't expect it. Which caused me to also feel stressed. The hairstylist took her time and even cut my son's hair outside to help him be distracted. More than one stylist offered advice to Pricilla of things they did in the past that worked. And another stylist at the end when paying, saw I was stressed and felt bad came up to me and said I know that was stressful for you, give yourself grace, it all went well. It felt like a team and I had a very good experience. Thank you
