She provided a calming atmosphere with warm lighting. She encouraged mindfulness, and stillness during long holds. I enjoyed the evening and felt refreshed after.
I love Lee Ann Borne! She was my yoga instructor for my yoga teacher training. I have been away from her teachings for about a year and have yet to find a teacher of her potential. I also enjoy the professionalism and the Aesthetics of the studio. The running water in the background was especially soothing during down times in yoga class. What an amazing studio you have and what a great palathra of yoga you provide. I'm excited to continue to drop into classes at Maha soul.

Carrie's workshop was amazing, and the studio space was fantastic! Please do it more often. I also wanted to look around in the shop area but ran out of time. What hours is that part of the studio open?
