Perfect 10 ~ I love each of the girls for the different reasons & class styles. I have gone to Annie's class and I always feel amazing in her class I love hearing her play the harmonia and I leave feeling blessed and I think she has such a sweet spirit. Amber's class I wish I could take more often because I push myself in her class and have fun doing it but I have meetings on Fridays.
Hannah is another one that I've had the pleasure to take her class and she makes the transitions smooth and comfortable which when I first started it was hard for me to do some things because I had broken both my wrists but it didn't take me long with the help of all of the girls to be able to put both hands flat on the ground and actually hold myself in a table top. The first time I did it Annie noticed which was sooo cool and I was so excited I went home and signed up. My body feels so much better already and I've lost 16 pounds since I started. It has also helped me with spiritual connection and with freeing a lot of stress that I wasn't aware was kinda hanging over me. OH and of course Roxy the precious little sweet face that is the best at saying hi and making you feel welcome. I also love the store and I've already bought quite a few items. Maha Soul is one of my favorite places to get some me time and everyone that works there as well as the customers are all so nice.
