• Liz knows her stuff! I've been doing pilates at LSF for 3 years and love it. I absolutely feel a difference and notice a difference after several sessions. I worked out religiously (2-3 times a week) at LSF the 5 months leading up to my wedding and had the best bride arms! You will feel good and look good after doing pilates at LSF!
