• Really enjoyed working with Liz as she was so detailed in her coaching giving background information on proper alignment, breathing, etc. also important was how patient she was - with me having not been to a Pilates session in over 8 years it was a bit daunting however she made the experience great. Exactly what I was hoping to find which was someone truly knowledgeable that could help me with proper positioning and technique that I haven’t felt was present in other classes that I have tried. Can’t wait for my next session. Thank you !
