• I like the facilities, the staff, and I get great massages from Chase. My only grumble is parking and I almost scored you at 8 because of it. Even with validation at the garage, depending on time of day, and day of week, it can be hard to find parking even in the garage and then you still have to walk to/from the spa itself. This isn't necessarily a problem on a nice day, but I do feel my heart sink if I have to leave a relaxing massage only to 'tense up' and brave the elements on the walk back afterwards. I know there's nothing you can do about it, but I thought I'd mention it as it sometimes makes me wish I could find a spa that I liked as well but with parking.
