• Everyone was very nice and attentive. The prices were reasonable. LOVED the bathrobes & think you should consider selling them. My friend and I each had massages and wraps, which were great. My friend had a soak and a facial and really liked both. Said her facial was one of her best ever! I also had a soak which was nice but a little scary getting in and out of the tub. I think that, for older clients, you should offer to help the clients in and out of the tub. You might also consider having a stepping stool. It was a really nice afternoon and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking for spa services in Charlottesville. Unfortunately, you are not geographically convenient for us bc we live in the DC area.
