• It was a great massage. The massage therapists let's us relax the whole time & didn't try to talk to us like I've had happen with previous massages at other places. Also, the spa was very clean.

• My deep tissue massage was awesome -- Jessica listened to what I wanted and needed and I left feeling relaxed and looser. Cityspa did a great job with covid practices and policies too. I felt safe and informed.

• I chose that score because the staff member I encountered did everything I was hoping for: made me feel comfortable and relaxed, was attentive to me the whole time as if I was her only client, made me feel like she wasn’t rushing through the massage, and spoke to me enough to get to know me and when necessary for instructions or to check on my well being. It was an absolutely perfect experience. I felt very cared for and comfortable enough to relax and enjoy.
