I love lotus. I am so glad I decided to give it a try. The hot rooms are incredible, especially in North Dakota winters. All instructors have been great and I have to add I think Jori is the sweetest soul, I love her classes. The workouts are great and fulfilling whether it's to strengthen and get a good workout, or to stretch and ease the mind. This place really is a gem! I shared how much I loved it with my friends and now they're locked in too!
