Based on the last class I took with Jeff I would highly recommend Lotus and Jeff's class because he creates a welcoming atmosphere that is relaxing and comfortable. The music he creates is perfect for getting into a deeply relaxed state. His voice is calming. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. Over all I think he give a wonderful class. My only criticism would be that sometimes there is another class going on at the same time that is loud and aggressive and it can make it difficult to be present in the restorative class and get that deep relaxation intended but this is at no fault to Jeff.

Alice is fantastic. She describes poses so well, you know exactly what you are supposed to do and she gives alternate options if a pose is difficult. Such a good experience!

I really enjoy the restorative yoga. I would love to see another yoga class added that is somewhere between restorative and flow that is good for stretching and loosening joints. Sculpt and flow sometimes are too high impact.
