Jeff's classes are so amazing! He motivates me into the workout with his attitude, poses and music. The sculpt classes are so intense but he pushes me to do better, hold longer, and believe I can do it.

Calm environment, so friendly and I was able to modify as I'm old. 😅 I'm sore but in a great way and it felt great to move and stretch my body. Jeff was awesome!
