Lotus is a welcoming space where one can learn, share, and grow as a person. Positive energy is always spread through the studio! I tend to keep coming back because of those reasons! I am my most confident when I am at Lotus!

I love hot yogo flow, but this was my favorite class to date. The stretching/sequence was exactly what I love and what my body needed. Wish I lived closer I would be there much more regularly.
