• I felt so welcomed by Maria I very much enjoyed her class it was both challenging and informative. As someone in her first trimester, pregnant for the first time, dealing with nausea and anxiety and exhaustion - it was the first time in a while I left feeling energized, accomplished, and relaxed. Maria is wonderful and was a great first visit to your studio. I'll definitely be coming back.
