• The respect, care, and integrity of instructors and environment as a whole carrying yogic lineage traditions in community is very special at Live Yoga. It is a secure and supportive environment where I continue receiving opportunity to deepen my connection to my body while simultaneously learning so much about myself in a multilayered unfolding, which has been cherished in the studio during practice.
