• A very welcoming atmosphere and I am already learning new poses. I really liked the freshly painted baseboards. I didn't like the tongue and groove ceiling since it yelled way too much during shavasana. I think it's yelling because there is a family of raccoons living in the attic. All in all, it is a nice place and I look forward to becoming a member. Nancy Downing also said good things about y'all too. FYI, Y'all is American slang for "you all" , Nancy taught me that. Cheers

• Tobey is an excellent instructor. I had sore shoulders when I arrived and we worked on shoulders. My stiffness was all gone by the end of class. Plus it was very meditative.
