• It's been years since I was in a yoga studio and I can't remember the last time I entered an unfamiliar space and felt the immediate calm I experienced within the studio. The space was great and Tobey is a fantastic instructor. I was also really impressed trying out Yoga Nidra for the first time. I'd love for my friends and family to give it a try.

• I felt so welcomed by Maria I very much enjoyed her class it was both challenging and informative. As someone in her first trimester, pregnant for the first time, dealing with nausea and anxiety and exhaustion - it was the first time in a while I left feeling energized, accomplished, and relaxed. Maria is wonderful and was a great first visit to your studio. I'll definitely be coming back.
