• For restorative and meditation I find it is really the best. I would say instructors make that possible. The. The location and the environment and ease of parking and time to transition from outside life to the mat is really thoughtful too. 😊

• Live is a very positive, friendly, atmosphere to start with. When doing a pose, it's explained to you and shown how to get the most out of each movement! The class always go by too quickly and leave feeling amazing with a smile I'm my face!🙏😆

• Incredible teacher, extremely knowledgable and patient
• Great location, free street parking, Clean facility, peaceful ambiance, easy to book sessions online, great trainers (Akshey & Sean, so far).
• Great class. Great instructor.
• The instructor was wonderful, however I did have a hard time hearing her. Don't know if it's my hearing or her not projecting. Bottom line I loved the 90 min.
• I’m very happy at live yoga.
