• I love going to Live Yoga, and especially I love Ashley’s classes. I love how precise the instructions are so that my mind and body work totally in unison. There is nothing to do but listen and focus on the present. At the end of the session I’m always fully relaxed and ready to deal with whatever challenges life throws at me.
